Sunday 30th August was our annual visit to Audio Wave.
This was another strong turnout with 30 competition cars turning up, which was 37 entries, all descending on the Audio Wave UK HQ at Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea. There was a warm welcome from Grant and the team at Audio wave, the weather was not quite as good as previous years but was fine and dry for the entire day so had no impact on the event.
The number were a little low compared to last year but was still a strong showing from the EMMA UK competitors with 7 new competitors being added to the League table after this month.
With all the strong work from the Judges the assessments were complete by just after lunchtime. The presentation took place at 3PM to close out the day other than standing around for some time talking about the event, cars and the remainder of the season.

The 2026 season is now soon to be behind us with only 1 event left and there is still time to affect the European places. We have 65 competitors over 15 active classes on the league table and at present
there is still 10 Classes who’s results in round 5 will confirm the automatic European invites for next year.
This means it is even more vital if you wish to join us in Europe next year that you get you entries in as soon as the event registration is open.
