Cars and Clarity hosted by Matthew’s Custom Cars was our most westerly event so far, close to the Welsh Border. Beautiful scenery and serine SQ systems was the order of the day.
Our first of three ESQL inside events of the year. A class just for Newbies to the sport, looking to dip their toes into the SQ comp scene and show off their systems. Competitors were guided through the judging process for both install and sound, with competitors being able to sit in the car whilst judging was happening.
Lots of eyes and ears were opened to the EMMA tracks and feedback was well received. Around 25-30 cars altogether including support from some regular competitors, giving demos to the public.
In a close race, the importance of proper installation was a deciding factor in the competition. We will definitely be seeing the top two from the day soon in the main championship, and hopefully everyone else soon!

16th August at D2U Alternators in collaboration with Linear Audio in the North west
23rd August with Sideline Audio near Wakefield
