EMMA ESPL and Propper Droppers kicked off the season at Fast show.
The quality of show cars did not disappoint, with a number of our SQ and Tuning competitors taking part in the Show and Shine competition. But the main event was in the SPL area where around 50 competitors arrived to battle on the term-lab. After a long winter there were many competitors looking to push their builds to get that UK record or that First place trophy. Some destroying windscreens and doors to do so! Congratulations to Lenny Lowe for his new record breaking build peaking at over 164dB. This year the introduction of the new 30s closed doors average as well as the 30s open doors average meant that people were pushing their woofers much harder than in the past and so some people were a little reserved which lead to a super close competition in every class. We are looking forward to people practicing with the new tracks and coming back to extract every dB they can out of their systems. In our next ESPL show (Vauxhall Show 30-31 May) we will also be judging ESQL on the Saturday, so make sure you get your tickets and register your place on the link from the calendar.
